All too often we find that clients and ourselves asking questions and making statements in emails non-descriptive words like “this”, “it”, and “that”. SLGD tries to make a point to be descriptive in all communications. Not being descriptive adds more confusion and communications to determine what that, it and this is.
Ex: How did this happen?
Thought: Is she talking about how did all of this happen or how did this specific thing happen? Now to avoid any more confusion requires a phone call.
When you come across a non-descriptive word don’t be lazy be descriptive.
